At Ignition Crystal Collective, we believe the right mineral finds its way to the person who needs its resonance most. We understand that selecting a tool online is an intuitive process, and sometimes the connection needs to be felt in person to be fully realized.
The 14-Day Resonance Period
We want you to be certain of your selection. You have14 days from the date of delivery to sit with your piece. If the frequency of the specimen doesn’t align with your intentions or your space, you may initiate a return.
- Refunds: We offer a full refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose a store credit to select a different tool from the Collective that better fits your current journey.
Return Guidelines
- Integrity: To protect these one-of-a-kind specimens, returns must be in their original, pristine condition.
- Shipping: The collector is responsible for return shipping and insurance. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the piece arrives safely back to the Collective.
- Live Drops: Because items in our Live Crystal Drops are viewed in real-time, those selections are generally considered final. however, we are always open to discussing an exchange for store credit if a piece truly doesn’t resonate once it arrives.
